We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef with a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creative cooking. This busy North Norfolk pub with rooms consider themselves fortunate to having exceptional provenance on their doorstep and pride themselves in producing dishes that celebrate regions coastal heritage. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and share the company’s ethos for great, simple food executed perfectly.
In this role, you’ll help ensure exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency across all menus. You should be confident managing kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and health and safety standards, while supporting the Head Chef in fostering a positive, motivated team.
