We are seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to join this delightful pub team in the heart of Suffolk, collaborating closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations.

 

Responsibilities include menu development using fresh, local produce, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and ensuring dishes meet the quality standards to uphold their renowned reputation. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.
