Senior Sous Chef, £45'000 OTE, Norwich City Centre

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented leader to join this established city centre business, it's a business that is literally at the centre of the city's hospitality culture. A multi-functional operation that combines rosette level cookery with events, casual "off the street" dining as well as an established rooms trade.


As the senior sous chef you will be someone who is ready to put their stamp on a business, working alongside the executive head chef to manage the kitchen brigade, develop the menu and offer as well as reporting strong financial results. These are the skillsets that will be demanded from this role. It's a big business and a big job.


You will be someone who knows how to get the best from a team through leadership and mentorship. You will understand the dynamics within a multi functional business working from multiple kitchens. On top of this you'll be an exceptional chef that has a track record of cooking to a high rosette standard. Understands how to create balanced flavours on a plate and deliver exceptional menu's.


The role comes with an attractive benefits package that could deliver an O.T.E salary of £45,000.00. You will get an attractive basic at £38,000.00 pa plus tips that will sit at a minimum of £2,400.00 pa as well as a share of a senior H.O.D annual bonus.


You will also be able to really make a name for yourself within an already established business.
