North Norfolk | £48,000 OTE | 4-Day Week
We’re working with an ambitious fine dining restaurant in North Norfolk who are looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team as they head into an exciting year of growth.
You’ll lead the front-of-house operations, ensuring a flawless service every day. Working closely with the Head Chef and ownership, you’ll help drive standards to Michelin level and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
About You
Strong background in fine dining (Michelin experience preferred).
Sommelier skills and excellent wine knowledge.
Proven leadership with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
