If you're a talented chef ready to run your own kitchen, this could be the perfect next move. We're looking for a passionate, hands-on individual to take the lead in a warm and welcoming coastal pub with rooms.

This is an ideal role for a strong Sous Chef wanting to oversee a kitchen with support from an Exec level Chef. You’ll have support with designing menus, lead a small team, and cook the kind of fresh, seasonal food you can be proud of — with the full support of a friendly and experienced management team behind you.
