Junior Sous Chef - Socius - Burnham Market £28K + £4K-£5K Tips!

BREAD is delighted to be working with the award winning 2 Rosette restaurant - Socius in Burnham Market. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join the amazing team at this beautiful independently owned restaurant.


Role

  • Preparing foods and working under senior chef’s guidance

  • Taking full control of your designated section, ensuring all is completed in the necessary timeframes & standards.

  • Maintaining the highest level of food quality and ensuring products made are always consistent.

  • Contributing new menu ideas to the senior chef team

  • Dealing with deliveries suppliers and stock rotation

  • Keeping the recipe folder up to date

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all times

  • Ensure health and safety documentation are completed on a daily basis.

  • Taking responsibility of the cleanliness/organisation of the kitchen and food storage areas
