Role – Junior Sous Chef
Location – North Norfolk Coast
Salary – 26K-30K
BREAD is delighted to be working with this beautiful hotel looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef to join their award-winning brigade.
We are seeking a candidate with heaps of cooking experience with the freshest ingredients available to a refined 2 rosette standard. You will need to be ambitious and the desire to add the ‘wow factor’ to each of your dishes.
You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.
· £26K-£30K dependent on experience

· You will be an experienced Junior Sous Chef or ambitious Chef De Partie who has experience working at a high standard.
· You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
· Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.
· Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently.
