We’ve taken on a stunning role in the heart of the Norfolk countryside for a culinary leading country style pub and restaurant known for their impeccable reputation. This award-winning restaurant is home to a talented brigade who you will lead from the front. You’ll take a collaborative approach to menu creation and development, creating new ideas and tweaking classic combinations, whilst staying up to date with current food trends.
Teamwork is key here as you’ll train and mentor junior staff and work closely with the Front of House team to deliver consistency across the board. The successful candidate will have a track record of culinary excellence, want to continue growing within their career and have the passion to push themselves creatively.
