We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Junior Sous Chef with experience of cooking to a refined 2 Rosette standard. You will need to have a passion for fresh ingredients, work well in a team and have the aspiration to bring the ‘wow factor’ to each of your dishes.
You will be working in a team of 8 in the development of the tasting menu as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.
