Expectations

  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work in a clean and tidy environment whilst helping the team.

  • Love food, understand seasonality, train your pallet and know your competitors!

  • Bring ideas to the table

  • Have the desire and drive to help push for a star.

  • NVQ level 1 & 2 or equal in catering

  • Level 2 advanced food hygiene

  • Minimum 3/4 years’ experience at CDP or Sous Chef level in a 2/3 AA rosette and or Michelin restaurant
