We’re looking for a Pastry chef with a strong foundation in pastry and a keen eye for detail. You’ll take pride in producing consistent, high-quality desserts while working efficiently in a fast-moving kitchen. You’ll be part of a positive environment that values creativity, consistency, and pride in your work.


As Pastry CDP, you will a key member of the pastry section within a kitchen team of 12, producing high-quality desserts and afternoon teas for a busy all-day dining operation.


The Position

  • Running and maintaining the pastry section to a high standard

  • Producing desserts for à la carte service, events, and afternoon tea

  • Supporting menu development with seasonal and creative ideas

  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all pastry dishes

  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards


INDSP


  • Proven experience within a Pastry section.

  • Passion for pastry, baking, and creative presentation

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative brigade
