We’re looking for a Pastry chef with a strong foundation in pastry and a keen eye for detail. You’ll take pride in producing consistent, high-quality desserts while working efficiently in a fast-moving kitchen. You’ll be part of a positive environment that values creativity, consistency, and pride in your work.
As Pastry CDP, you will a key member of the pastry section within a kitchen team of 12, producing high-quality desserts and afternoon teas for a busy all-day dining operation.
The Position
Running and maintaining the pastry section to a high standard
Producing desserts for à la carte service, events, and afternoon tea
Supporting menu development with seasonal and creative ideas
Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all pastry dishes
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
INDSP
Proven experience within a Pastry section.
Passion for pastry, baking, and creative presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a collaborative brigade
