We’re on the hunt for a superstar senior sous chef with heaps of experience in a high volume, fresh food environment to light up this kitchen!
You’ll be working alongside an experienced head chef to help manage a strong team as well as oversee the banqueting and events. Communication and attitude are essential to help manage multiple kitchens, support your brigade and ensure every guest is blown away!
Please note this location is rural so you will need your own transport
