Bar Assistant Manager, Norwich, Up to £35,000

• Up to £35,000 depending on experience 

• Ideally 2 years bar experience 

• Personal license required

This cocktail-led venue is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the leadership within it's high-end bar operation.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, bar-focused Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager in leading a large, multi-skilled team.

The successful candidate will be passionate about service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven ability to inspire teams while maintaining the highest operational standards. A strong background in mixology and cocktail creation is essential, along with the confidence to train and develop team members in service, cocktails, and brand standards.
