Bread Hospitality are delighted to be working with a top venue in London. We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to join the new General Manager and help lead this amazing business!


We are looking for an exceptional Chef with experience of implementing new systems and developing a team. You will need a high level of management experience with an unrivalled passion for seasonal fresh food. The menu will be a Tapas style offering – designed and created by the successful candidate.


This job can turn into an Exec role within a short time as the company wish to open a kitchen in one of their other sites.


As Head Chef of this LGTBQ+ venue you will need to be comfortable in a high volume, dynamic, fast paced environment whilst leading by example and putting out great food.


The Responsibilities….

  • Full day to day management of the kitchen

  • Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing a team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.

  • Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
