The Responsibilities….
Full day to day management of the kitchen
Creating exciting menu’s that showcase the best of ingredients
Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
You must possess exceptional culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
