We're looking for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to lead our award-winning 2 AA Rosette kitchen.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with a passion for exceptional food, strong leadership skills, and experience in a Rosette-level or fine dining environment. You'll have the freedom to create seasonal menus, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding dining experiences using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven previous experience in a senior role

  • Experience in a Rosette-level or equivalent kitchen

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills

  • Passion for quality, creativity, and consistency

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
