Bread Hospitality are delighted to be working with one of the top LGBTQ+ venues in London. We are on the hunt for an experienced, flamboyant and dynamic General Manager to help lead this amazing business!
We are looking for an exceptional manager, with experience of a late-night venue, a high level of management experience with an unrivalled passion for entertainment and delivering great service.
As General Manager you will need to be comfortable and have experience in a high volume, fast paced and late-night environment whilst maintaining a strong team dynamic and leading by example. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able think on your feet to make sure customers are always provided with the best possible service.
Role
Daily Management of the late-night venue
Working with performers and managing events
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Full financial accountability on the P&L
Working towards financial and operational targets set by the owners
Responsible for the Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
Creating, Implementing, and managing all standard operating procedures
Programming POS systems
Maintaining staff training
Ensuring the venue is in good order
