We are looking for an exceptional General Manager with a strong background in premium high-volume venues. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading a service from the front, be customer focused and be able to develop a large team to an exceptional standard.

As General Manager you will have overall responsibility of the venue and be required to deliver amazing customer service whilst maintaining a strong rapport with both staff and guests. You will have a real eye for detail and know how to lead by example. This venue is super busy, fully staffed and well regarded.
The Responsibilities -
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
Responsible all standard operating procedures, Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance.
Working with the Head Chef to continually improve the product, performance, and profitability of the business.
Drive sales to company set targets.
Build a team to encourage quick progression and promotion opportunities
