We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join an award-winning luxury hotel and restaurant in North Norfolk. This 4-star hotel offers stylish bedrooms, a Two Rosette fine dining Restaurant and pride themselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.


As Operations Manager, you’ll support the General Manager and Deputy Manager in leading from the front — inspiring teams, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding service. You’ll be hands-on across all departments, from front-of-house to food and beverage, helping to drive efficiency, revenue, and guest satisfaction.


We’re seeking a confident hospitality professional with proven management experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for people. You’ll thrive under pressure, communicate with ease, and be ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.


This is a full-time, rota-based role including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
