Executive Group Chef - Norfolk/Suffolk £35'000 - £40'000 DOE + Perks (Day Shift Pattern)

Bread Hospitality are delighted to be working with this incredible independently owned group of restaurants/Cafes, offering some of the best locally sourced produce and artisanal goods across the most picturesque locations in Norfolk and Suffolk.


Our brief is to find an incredibly talented Executive Chef with a keen eye for details to drive and maintain their already exceptional standards.


We’re looking for someone with the vision and creativity to utilise the beautiful locally sourced produce to develop a stunning menu to distribute across all theirs sites while making sure that each dish is instantly recognisable to the brand!


The ideal candidate will be happy to drive to all sites across Norfolk & Suffolk, but with daytime hours this role offers an excellent work life balance.


The Person…


  • Full Clean driving license.

  • Full menu creation while understanding brand a vision.

  • Able to effectively cost all menus and create SOPs for sites to work from.

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing teams in all sites to maintain standards.

  • At least 5 years of experience managing a busy kitchen team.
