Duty Manager, North Norfolk, £35'000 OTE, 40 Hour Week

We're searching for a Duty Manager who thrives in a busy environment, loves working with people and enjoys being at the heart of a successful hospitality business.

You'll be joining a well-established venue with a busy restaurant and bar operation alongside a boutique hotel offering more than 10 guest rooms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, leadership and being hands on. 

The Position 

• Running smooth and successful shifts

• Supporting team members

• Looking after guests from arrival to departure

• Managing restaurant, bar and accommodation operations

• Handling guest feedback and ensuring high service standards

• Working closely with senior management to maintain quality and consistency

The Person

• Has previous supervisory or management experience

• Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on

• Has a positive attitude and excellent people skills

• Can confidently manage busy services

• Is flexible and reliable

The Perks

• 40 hours per week

• £30,000 salary

• Tips worth approximately £200–£300 per month

• Rotating early and late shifts - Early: 7am–3pm / Late: 3pm–Close
