BREAD is delighted to be partnering with this buzzing seaside hotel/restaurant looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their award-winning brigade. You will be joining a team of 6 chefs in this already established brigade. The menu is cooked to a 2 Rosette standard and is created using the freshest, local ingredients available.
We are seeking a creative candidate that can add the ‘Wow Factor’ to every plate. You will be joining a well-oiled team of experienced chefs, looking to achieve great things as they look set to re-open in April.

Person -
You will be at Chef De Partie level or equivalent who has experience working at a high standard using only fresh ingredients.
You will be a hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.
Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently.
