Bread Hospitality has teamed up with this fantastic restaurant with rooms on the Stunning Suffolk Coast. We are looking to find an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a team that will be offering a unique menu offering the best local produce available at the highest standard. This venue is aiming to be the best in East Anglia.

The ideal candidate would have a real passion for food and the desire to excel and progress.

You will be involved in the relaunch of this fabulous restaurant and have menu input. The Responsibilities….

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under

  • You will be a driven Chef De Partie or ambitious Commis Chef who has experience working at a high standard using only fresh ingredients Rosette or equivalent experience preferred

  • Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently.

  • You will be a hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have an unrivalled passion for all things food and drink.
