Nestled away a short distance from North Walsham, this stunning venue produces some of the best pub food in East Anglia, using only the finest locally sourced and grown fresh ingredients. This is a hot spot for chefs to really hone their craft and learn from one of the most knowledgeable head chefs in the industry.
The right candidate would need to be a very ambitious Commis chef willing to prove they have the right stuff to take the next step, or a Chef De Partie who wants to expand their horizons and push themselves to progress further and further.

The Person -
You will be a driven Chef De Partie or ambitious Commis Chef who has experience working at a high standard using only fresh ingredients.
You will be a hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.
Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently.
