We are looking for a great Chef De Partie to join the team of this award winning, 4-star hotel. If you have a desire to gain knowledge and experience cooking 3AA Rosette cuisine, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. The good bits;

Whats needed;

  • Experience cooking in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette standard restaurant preferred

  • Passionate about working in all sections of the kitchen

  • A passionate and hard-working individual

  • A relevant qualification in Culinary Arts desirable, but not essential

  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
