We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team in a kitchen where fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful cooking are at the heart of everything they do.


This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of your section, working alongside an experienced team that all contribute to a menu focused on flavour, seasonality, and attention to detail.


The Position

  • Taking charge of your section and ensuring smooth day-to-day running

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and care

  • Upholding excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times

  • Supporting stock control and minimising waste

  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table for menus and daily specials


The Person

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

  • A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and well-crafted dishes

  • The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • A positive attitude and sharp attention to detail
