We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team in a kitchen where fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful cooking are at the heart of everything they do.
This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of your section, working alongside an experienced team that all contribute to a menu focused on flavour, seasonality, and attention to detail.
The Position
Taking charge of your section and ensuring smooth day-to-day running
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and care
Upholding excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Supporting stock control and minimising waste
Bringing fresh ideas to the table for menus and daily specials
The Person
Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and well-crafted dishes
The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A positive attitude and sharp attention to detail
