Café/Restaurant Head Chef - Holt, Norfolk, Daytimes Only! Up to £35'000

As Head Chef in this lovely modern family run small group of cafes. You will have knowledge of hands-on baking at a commercial level and a passion for seasonal produce to ensure your menu is in line with the other sites within the brand. You will already have knowledge and experience as a kitchen manager, showing the ability to manage a team and head up some local events.

The ideal candidate will share the company passion for quality product, high standards & good food. The must haves

  • Able to show that you can organise and manage the kitchen.

  • A leader that works with your people on a day by day, shift by shift basis.

  • A proactive problem solver.

  • In tune with the latest trends and news within the industry.

  • Knowledge and understanding of all types of baking from breads, patisserie to pastries.
