Responsibilities
Greeting and serving guests.
Communicate front of house needs effectively.
Provide an attentive, warm, and personable service.
Providing customers with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all food and drink.
Stock control. Creating new cocktails and drinks.
Ordering.
Having a full understanding of the reservations and bookings software.
Inspiring, motivating and leading a team of front of house staff.
Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintaining the highest level of service to consistently exceed the guest’s expectations.
