We are looking to recruit an ambitious Bar Manager to launch, manage and deliver first class service in all Bar and Lounge areas. The role is available for an immediate start due to the recruitment and training of all staff required prior to the grand opening. This beautiful hotel is independently owned and has undergone a multimillion-pound refurbishment – an opportunity not to be missed!!
As Bar Manager, you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service across all the Bars and build great rapport with guests to exceed their expectations. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight the guests with your fun and enthusiastic personality.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of all Bar and Lounge areas.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
Overseeing “Afternoon Tea” service and Bar Menu.
Financial Accountability of stocktakes and margin controls.
Recruiting, training and developing all staff to increase turnover and profitability.
Working with the wider management team across the hotel to improve standards and service delivery.
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.
