This fantastic venue in Suffolk are looking for a top notch Assistant Manager to help oversee their busy restaurant. You'll need to be confident on the floor, managing the flow of customers to ensure multiple sittings run smoothly and everyone gets incredible service. 

With multiple menus, over 100 covers per service and a team of 12 FOH to manage you'll need experience with volume, strong leadership and high standards.
