We’re recruiting an Assistant Manager for a well-established, high-performing gastro pub that’s part of a respected, growing hospitality group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm and ambitious team where quality, service, and people truly come first.

We’re looking for someone who can lead and inspire a team, making sure every guest has an amazing experience while working closely with other managers to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll recruit and train new team members and help everyone grow into a high-performing, cohesive team.

You’ll also take care of wet stock and cash management, drive financial performance, and create a positive, motivated work environment where everyone can do their best.
