Passionate and Experienced Assistant Manager Required
Bread Hospitality are working with an award-winning pub based in beautiful North Norfolk who are now seeking to employ an experienced Assistant Manager with passion and drive to help lead, develop, and manage this experienced team. We are seeking a candidate with extensive Hospitality Management experience. As Assistant Manager you will be comfortable with high volume at high standards, you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and know how to lead by example. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and a keen eye for detail whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business.
