Bread Hospitality are working with this beautifully refurbished restaurant set just outside of Cambridge who are now seeking to employ an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead, develop, and manage the team within this stylish and contemporary business.
We are seeking ambitious candidate with strong restaurant management experience within a high-volume fresh food gastro pub or equivalent.
As AGM you will be required to set the standard for customer service as well as building and maintaining great rapport with guests and staff. You will be detail oriented with a real passion for the food and drink scene as well as a proven track record of using your initiative.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of lunch, and dinner services
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Deputising for the GM
Ensuring allergens are always up to date and available for guest requests
Recruiting, Training and Developing of all staff
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures
Continually Improving and maintaining high-quality Customer Service
