Conference, Banqueting & Events Operations Manager!

I’m looking for a 5-star candidate to join the team at this award-winning hotel in Colchester. Setting up, managing and running events in some of the most picturesque settings around. You’ll need bags of energy & personality to lead the team from the front in this extremely hands on role. Offering relocation support for the right candidate, it really is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience who is looking for their next challenge. You must be open to flexible working hours, be physically fit and have an exceptional eye for detail in order to nail this role. If this sounds like you then we want to hear from you! Package –

• £28,500 starting salary

• Share of tronc tips

• Relocation support

• 40 hours per week (worked flexibly 5/7 days)
