Do you have a passion for service and a proven track record in hospitality leadership? We're working with one of the most beautiful and prestigious colleges to find a supervisor who brings energy, excellence, and experience to their service.

In this role, you’ll oversee front-of-house operations across a diverse range of services and functions, ensuring smooth delivery from café service to formal events. You’ll manage staff rotas and take responsibility for supervising both permanent and casual team members. Maintaining high standards of service and presentation will be central to your day-to-day, and you’ll also step in to deputise for senior managers when needed.
