We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join a leading hospitality business in Norwich, where you will oversee daily kitchen operations with creativity and precision. As a senior manager, you will ensure the consistency and quality of every dish, craft menus, manage inventory, and strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations under the guidance of the Head Chef. Additionally, you will inspire and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and professional working environment cooking to a two rosette standard.
