As Sous chef you will be enthusiastic, experienced and take pride in what you do. The food offering is traditional British pub with a few twists, the pub is known for its legendary Sunday roast, cracking pies and fabulous fish and chips all freshly prepared by a brilliant and friendly team. What you’ll be doing as a Sous Chef:

  • Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently

  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards

  • Assisting Head Chef in running of kitchen

  • Coaching and mentoring Chefs and KPs

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
