Sous Chef, Norfolk Coast £34'000 - £37'000 + Tips + Accommodation option (4 Day week)

BREAD is delighted to be working with this beautiful 2 Rosette Restaurant with Rooms on the stunning North Norfolk coastline that is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join their award-winning brigade.

We are seeking a Sous Chef with heaps of cooking experience with the freshest ingredients available to a refined 2 rosette standard. This is a very busy unit that produces stunning food, You will need to be ambitious, confident at high volume and have the desire to add the ‘wow factor’ to each of your dishes.

You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.
