This is an opportunity to make a name for yourself in a brand-new venue, Get involved with kitchen design, plan the menu alongside the very experienced owner operator and Head Chef, get stuck in!

Using only the best, local where possible and seasonal produce you will help create and serve a menu that will excite, please and deliver, Let your inspiration flow, make money and enjoy yourself. This venue will be open in early spring, You will need to research, visit and experience other venues prior to opening, help develop the structure, ethos and food offering, Ensure paperwork is ready for opening and maintained once open, Help recruit your team and set out your stall. For you.....

  • £28K Basic Salary– reviewed annually

  • Guaranteed £5K tronc in the first year

  • Annual bonus worth up to 10% of salary based on company sales, profit, and goals

  • A £500 voucher to spend in any company sites (3 sites!)

  • Reward for Excellence - included in the company scheme to win £50 in a month.

  • Paid overtime!

  • 45 hour week

  • 5 day week
