Sous Chef, Kings Lynn, Norfolk - £32'000 + Tips & 4 Day working week!

BREAD is delighted to be working with this restaurant with Rooms a stone’s throw from the stunning North Norfolk coastline, we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their award-winning brigade. This unit is part of a multi-site independent company that has some fantastic venues.


We are seeking a Sous Chef with heaps of cooking experience using the freshest ingredients available to a strong rosette standard. This is a very busy unit, you will need to be ambitious, confident at high volume and have the desire to add the ‘wow factor’ to each of your dishes.


You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.

Person -
