We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy restaurant within a charming historic hotel in a thriving Suffolk coastal town.

 

You will play a key role in leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team, helping them reach their full potential while ensuring exceptional service standards are always delivered. 

 

Working closely with the wider management team, you will help create memorable dining experiences and maintain a culture of customer excellence.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Front of House Supervisor 

  • Strong leadership and team development skills 

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities 

  • Proven experience working successfully in a busy hospitality environment 

  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
