We’re on the hunt for a brilliant sous chef with heaps of experience in elevated / farm to fork style dining to light up this kitchen!
You'll help the Head Chef run the kitchen - everything from training the team, contributing menu ideas and of course ensuring the paperwork is spot on. You'll be able to take full advantage of the garden kitchen to take the freshest ingredients and show them off on a plate.
Please note this location is rural so you will need your own transport
