We're looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen of a thriving, character-filled hospitality venue. Known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and year-round appeal, this venue offers all-day dining, boutique accommodation, and a busy artisan takeaway service.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a varied, seasonal menu spanning breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and artisan pizzas. Taking the lead during service when needed, helping shape new dishes, and inspiring a small but passionate brigade.
