This beautiful coastal pub are looking for a strong sous chef to join their close knit team. Serving up fresh, local produce the menu focuses on beautiful seafood, sharing platters and a few elevated pub classics.
You'll be experienced in running a service in the absence of the head chef as well as being a whizz at the paperwork, h&S and hygiene aspects of the kitchen. If you're looking for a lovely work life balance, friendly team and a beautiful setting then this is it!
