Sous Chef, £40'000 OTE, Bishop's Stortford

Bread have been tasked with finding a sensational Sous chef for this spectacularly striking pub and restaurant just outside of Bishop’s Stortford where Provenance is key. You’ll be working with the best of Suffolk produce and have a creative input into the menus across their offering. This business is expanding, and the successful candidate will work alongside the current head chef and will be given an opportunity to grow within the company and step up to a Head Chef position.
