We’re hiring for a Sous Chef to join a buzzing, independent tapas-style restaurant in North Norfolk.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Head Chef in a fast-paced, flavour-packed kitchen

  • Help lead a team with passion and precision

  • Get involved in menu ideas and seasonal dishes

  • Keep quality and consistency top-notch


What you’ll bring:

  • Sous or strong Junior Sous experience

  • A love for sharing-style food and modern dining
