We’re hiring for a Sous Chef to join a buzzing, independent tapas-style restaurant in North Norfolk.
If bold flavours, fresh local produce, and creative small plates are your thing – this is something you’ll want to hear more about.
What you’ll do:
Support the Head Chef in a fast-paced, flavour-packed kitchen
Help lead a team with passion and precision
Get involved in menu ideas and seasonal dishes
Keep quality and consistency top-notch
What you’ll bring:
Sous or strong Junior Sous experience
