Sous Chef, £38'000 OTE, North Norfolk

We are on the look out for a talented Sous Chef to join an award winning pub in North Norfolk. You’ll be working alongside the head chef and the established team to execute the highest quality of food and keeping up the standards for this well known popular dining spot. Recipe and dish development will be a strong part of your role as well as managing the day to day operations of the kitchen and keeping the ship sailing during the Head chefs absence. The candidate :-

  • Will be a natural team leader

  • Will be an experienced Sous chef or Junior sous looking to take the next step in their career

  • Be a self driven, hardworking and a friendly individual wanting only the best for the brigade

  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Possess excellent culinary skills and know how to produce top quality on scale.
