We have a stunning opportunity for a Sous Chef with this beautiful venue in Bury St Edmunds. They are looking for a talented Sous Chef who enjoys a busy service at a 2 Rosette level. You'll be nothing but a team player and understands what it takes to elevate a plate of food using the best locally sourced Ingredients.


You will be teaming up with the other Chefs on menu development and ensuring that service always runs smoothly. Passing on your knowledge to inspire junior chefs and leading from the front will be part of your day to day duties.
