Sous Chef, £35'000 + Tips + Bonus, Bury St Edmunds

We have a stunning opportunity for a Sous Chef with this beautiful venue in Bury St Edmunds. They are looking for a talented Chef who enjoys a busy service, is nothing but a team player and understands what it takes to elevate a plate of food using the best locally sourced Ingredients. Hotel and Rosette Experience would be preferred but attitude and commitment are key above all else. You will be teaming up with the other Chefs on menu development and ensuring that service always runs smoothly. Passing on your knowledge to inspire junior chefs and leading from the front will be part of your day to day duties.

Person -

  • You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous who has experience working at a high standard.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for food and kitchen life.

  • Leadership and mentorship personality.

  • Calmness under pressure.
