An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a highly regarded, award-winning restaurant in the heart of Norfolk.

 

This is a chance to lead a respected fine dining operation, working alongside a passionate owner and talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding food, service, and guest experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving standards, inspiring the team, and ensuring every aspect of the customer journey exceeds expectations.

 

We are seeking a confident and hands-on hospitality professional with a genuine passion for fine dining, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. A solid understanding of wine and premium service standards will be highly advantageous.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within a fine dining or premium hospitality environment

  • Exceptional people management and team development skills

  • Strong operational knowledge with a keen eye for detail

  • Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences

  • Good wine knowledge and an appreciation for quality food and beverage offerings

  • Driven, professional, and capable of leading from the front
